But the problem is that is all that usually happens when I meal plan. The hardest part for me has always been a tie between the very beginning and about 2 weeks into it, when I'm starting to see results and feel like it's ok to splurge on a high carb meal (SANDWICHES NOM NOM) and then I feel like all my hard work is undone so I figure why bother continuing?
